基于定点访谈地GW对医院临床主任医师、术前麻醉师、临床高护以及通过整形修复手术完成自我身体残缺修复的女性患者的深入访谈和后期跟踪访问，在身体社会学的理论背景下，基于医学整形的研究视角，关注残缺女性自我身体恢复抗争、自我情感认同与周边人际关系，尤其是亲密关系的管理。展现了残缺女性个体通过整形手术这一现代医疗手段，达成自我身体与心理的双层修复与认同，为力图走进正常化的社会空间做出努力。也以此期望社会空间下的日常入际交往与行为规范，可以给与此类女性群体更多发自内心的理解与接受。

Based on the in-depth interviews with chief physicians, pre-operation anesthetists, advanced clinical nurses and female patients who have experienced plastic surgery to restore the defects in their bodies, it is found that women with bodily defects have achieved the double restoration of body and soul after the plastic surgery and have regained their identies so that they can enter the normal social space. It is hoped that with their efforts, they may engage in normal interpersonal communication and have proper behaviors in the social space. It is also hoped that the public should understaqnd and accept this group of woman from the bottom of their hearts.
