创新是基于独特的人生体验和个性化知识结构,摆脱“常人”的文化视界,创造实践范畴的新事物;创新是在“非压抑性”环境下,通过人的感性实践与自我超越、生活样态的自由选择、幸福和快乐的追求与体验,在“自由劳动”中实现的。当前,大学生的学习仍然在“额外压抑”作用下被异化为痛苦的“被塑造”、“被专业化”活动,因而他们很难成为创新人才。因此,应该建立既规范化又给个性化发展留下空间的大学管理体制,形成“大学一大学生一社会”互动的交往实践机制与“自由课程”机制,使大学成为创新人才的成长乐园与表演舞台。

Innovation is creating extraordinary and new matters in human practice, which is based on unique life experiences and personalized knowledge structure. Innovation is usually achieved during happy "free labor" in a comfortable and relaxing environment, which needs perceptual practice and self-transcendence of people with the experiences of freedom, happiness and joy. At present, the university students learning is still a kind of painful alienation activity which is molded or professionalized under the "additional repression", so it is difficult for them to become innovative talents. Therefore, we should establish a management system which gives students not only an elementary learning standard but also an individualized developing space, and form a communication practice mechanism of "university-student-society" and a mechanism of "free courses" to make the university become a performing stage and the paradise of innovative talents.
