当前，校园安全已成为社会各界关注的热点问题。在根本上解决校园安全问题，应从日常生活抓起，制定完备系统的政策体系，实现由“应急式”到常规化管理的转变。在校服政策方面，需尊重各方利益，引入产品质量准入制度，同时容许学生弹性着装，灵活兼顾质量监管与自主选择。在校餐政策方面，需确立以法律为基础的政策体系，完善营养法规和实施细则，采用集约化的专业管理模式，切实保障卫生安全与营养均衡。在校舍政策方面，需健全安全标准，建立长效保障机制，真正提高抗灾能力与宜居性能。在校车政策方面，需明确责任主体，因地制宜地采用多元运营模式，贯彻落实安全标准与供给制度。

To basically resolve the problems of campus security, we should begin with the daily life and formulate complete and systematic policy system, so as to realize the transformation from emergency administration to routine management. As for the school uniform policies, we should respect the interests of all parties, construct the production quality access system and allow some independent choice of clothing, which combines the needs of safety and independent choice. As for school meal policies, we should build a frame based on laws, improve the nutrition regulations and the detailed rules for the implementation and adopt intensive professional management mode, which ensures the hygienic and nutritious security and nutrition balance. As for school building policies, we should establish a long-term guarantee mechanism and improve the standard system and regulation, which tries to reach the goal of safety and human settlement. As for school bus policies, we should clarify the subject of responsibility, and adjust operation mode to different conditions, so as to implement the safety standards and supply system.
