“壁炉现象”是制约我国职业教育校企合作的掣肘因素。基于马克思主义企业理论,洞识“壁炉现象”之根源在于职校学生的“实习生身份”。摒弃“学校单一主体”的办学思想,实施“双主体”办学模式,采取“企业先招工,职校再招生”的策略,赋予实习生“准员工”身份,明晰企业对“准员工”的劳动力支配权等,并以此构建“企业作为第一主体”的校企合作机制,是破解“壁炉现象”的可行之道。

In China, the "Fireplace Phenomenon" has restricted the cooperation between industry and education in vocational education as a main factor. Reviewing the "Fireplace Phenomenon" from a perspective of Marx Firm Theory, it is found out that the origin of the "Fireplace Phenomenon" is the internship identity obtained by vocational students in the course of internship. It is suggested that the feasible way to solve the "Fireplace Phenomenon" is to construct the cooperation mechanism named "enterprise as the first subject" between colleges and enterprises, that is, abandoning the running ideas of school as a single subject, carrying out the double subjects in running patterns, implementing the strategy of "enterprise recruitment first, and then college's enrollment, endowing internships with the staff identity, making clear enterprises" rights to the labor force prospective employees and so on.
