大学教师教育课程与中小学教学实践能否有效融合直接影响教师专业培养效果。运用基于杂合理论的第三空间理念,通过跨越大学、中小学校和社区的边界,创新教师教育者的角色,构建理论与实践融合的职前教师教育第三空间。在这一空间里,从把理论知识视为教学知识的权威来源,转换为把中小学和社区中的实践知识均纳入教师教育体系中,其实践知识与理论知识享有同等地位,且这些不同来源的知识相互作用创造新的协同效应。这种新的教师教育认知论范式将拓展职前教师学习机会,增强他们有效处理复杂的教学实践的能力。

The integration of campus courses on teacher education and teaching experiences directly impact the effectiveness of university-based pre-service teacher education. Utilizing the concept of "the third space" based on hybridity theory, by crossing boundaries among universities, schools, and communities, and innovating the role of teacher educators, the third space of pre-service teacher education integrating theory with practice is constructed. In this space, practical knowledge from schools and communities is brought into the system of teacher education, instead of taking theoretical knowledge as the authoritative source. Practical knowledge and theoretical knowledge are in equal status, and new synergies are created through the interplay of knowledge from different sources. This new epistemology for teacher education will increase learning opportunities for pre-service teachers, and enhance their abilities in efficiently dealing with comolex teaching practices.
