基于系统论视域分析,教师教育学科体系是由若干要素组成的具有特定功能的有机整体,是相互作用的若干层次和要素的结合。它既广泛吸收其他学科的理论成果,又面向教师教育实践,永远呈开放态势。教师教育学科体系架构包括教师教育哲学与历史、教师教育活动与过程和教师教育政策与管理三个层次,各层次又由诸多内部要素构成,各层次诸要素间相互影响、相互作用。

Based on the perspective of system theory, the subject system of teacher education, composed of several elements with specific functions as an organic whole, is combined with several interactional levels and elements. It not only widely absorbs the theory achievements of other subjects, but also is for the practice of teacher education. It always tends to an opening situation. The subject system of teacher education consists of three levels, that is, teacher educational philosophy and history, teacher educational activity and process, and teacher educational policy and management. Each level consists of many internal factors, and the internal factors interplay mutually.
