President Richard Levin in Yale University is one of the presentatives who are the longest serving, humble and with most powerful cohesion among the presidents of American universities. Since Levin took the presidency in 1993, he has implemented all-around reforms while sticking to the traditional core values to achieve excellence for Yale University. The reforms includes improving Yale University＇s internal environment to attract excellent scholars all over the world, taking donations and fund investment as the breakthrough point to seek sustainable development of Yale University, shouldering social responsibilities to realize mutual development with local community, and depending on the background of constructing global university to build up Yale University into a truly international university.
