文章基于气候变化与木质林产品减排作用的分析,依据IPCC指南,核算了1961-2011年中国木质林产品碳库的碳储存与碳释放,继而评估了木质林产品的减排贡献,最后,基于木质林产品的碳储存与碳替代两大功能,提出了减缓气候变化的木质林产品碳量管理策略。研究显示:我国木质林产品的总碳储量不断增长,2011年累计总储碳量达到676.69MtC。中国HWP碳储量为同期森林立木储碳总量4.8%-8.4%,年均储碳量是中国能源消耗排放CO2的0.47%-1.61%,中国林产品具有显著的碳清除贡献及进一步提升的减排潜力。

This paper first decomposed the principle of carbon storage and emission reduction of harvest wood prod-ucts for climate change mitigation, then three approaches provided by the IPCC Guidelines were used to estimatethe annually carbon storage and emission of harvest wood products of China during the period from 1961 to 2011,and finally evaluated the carbon reduction potential of China' s harvest wood products. The carbon storage of har-vest wood products was 676 million tons in 2011. Contrast to China's forests carbon storage during the same period(1973-2003), the proportion of carbon storage in the harvest wood products was 4.8%-8.4%; contrast to the dataof carbon dioxide emissions from the consumption of energy, the carbon storage in the harvest wood productscould reduce about 1.6% of total emissions. To enhance the function of carbon sequestration and carbon alternativereduction, the efficiency of carbon management of HWP, the wood products in China will play a more active rolein the mitigation of climate change.
