运用DEA--Malmquist指数法,从不同经营规模的角度,对福建省93个样本农户的林业全要素生产率进行实证分析,发现2004-2009年间不同经营规模阶段的林业全要素生产率及其分解量差异明显:小规模经营农户林业全要素生产率增长较大,主要来源于技术效率的提高,技术进步指数较低;中等规模与大型规模经营农户林业全要素生产率变动不明显,技术进步指数较高,技术效率增长乏力;3个规模阶段的年均全要素生产率分解量的样本分布差距较大。林改后,以家庭为主体的规模经营在效率提高上尚存在不足,小规模经营的技术运用能力较低,鼓励林业的多种经营方式势在必行,推动林业的科技创新具有重要意义。

From the angle of different operation scale, adopts the DEA---Malmquist index method to analysis empirically forestry total factor productivity (TFP) of 93 sample farmers in Fujian Province, finds out the significant dif-ferences of the forestry TFP and its decomposition in different stages of business scale between 2004-2009. TheSmall - scale farmer's forestry TFP growth greater, it comes mainly from the improvement of technical efficiency,the technological progress index is low. The changes of forestry TFP between Medium-scale and large-scale farmers are not obvious, the technological progress index is higher, and the growth of technical efficiency is weak. Aver-age annual TFP decomposition of samples distribution gap of three stages of scale is lager. After the reform of forestproperty right system, family as the main body of the scale of operation, there are also deficiencies on improving efficiency, the small - scale farmer's science and technology application ability is low. It's imperative to encourageforestry to use multiple operating modes. Promote forestry scientific and technological innovation is of great significance.
