运用ISBM—DEA模型评价我国造纸企业环境效率,解决造纸企业非期望产出与生产效率的相关性问题,通过选择评价造纸企业环境效率的输入指标和非期望输出指标,应用DEA Solver软件计算与评价2012年20家造纸上市公司的环境效率,论证企业技术进步对环境效率的正向影响。结论表明:以晨鸣纸业和上海绿新为代表的6家上市公司环境效率值为1,属于环境有效企业,其关键是在于生产技术的领先,生产过程中环境污染问题得到了有效的治理。

ISBM-DEA model is used to appraise the environmental efficiency of paper enterprises in China, whichis to explain the correlation between undesired output and production efficiency of paper enterprises. Firstly, inputindexes and undesired output indexes are constructed. Then, DEA Solver is used to calculate and appraise the envi-ronmental efficiency of 20 listed paper enterprises, which is to demonstrate that technology improvements have positive effects on the environmental efficiency. The conclusion is that the environmental efficiency values of 6 listedpaper enterprises including Chenming Paper and Shanghai Luxin are 1. These paper enterprises are environmentallyeffective enterprises. And the main reason is that advanced technologies are adopted, which can effectively controlenvironment pollution during manufacture procedure.
