从我国茶叶质量安全现状人手，分析了存在的主要问题及原因，从质量安全标准化体系、质量监管与检测系统、质量安全技术支撑平台、行业自律运行机制等方面提出了构建并完善我国茶叶质量安全保障体系的战略对策，以促进我国茶业的可持续发展和提高茶叶市场竞争力。

종아국다협질량안전현상인수，분석료존재적주요문제급원인，종질량안전표준화체계、질량감관여검측계통、질량안전기술지탱평태、행업자률운행궤제등방면제출료구건병완선아국다협질량안전보장체계적전략대책，이촉진아국다업적가지속발전화제고다협시장경쟁력。
Based on the status quo of quality safety in China＇ s tea industry, this paper analyzes the main reasons andexisting problems. In terms of quality safety standard system, quality inspection and supervision system, quality safetytechnical support platform and industrial operational mechanism, this paper puts forward the strategic countermea-sures to establish quality security system, in order to promote the sustainable development and enhance the marketcompetitiveness of China＇s tea industry.
