我国变动不居的涉农政策常常与滞后的法律相冲突，这不仅加剧了涉农群体性纠纷的复杂性，也使得纠纷类型呈现出多样化形态，通常可分为政策规范处理型涉农群体性纠纷、法律规范处理型涉农群体性纠纷以及政策规范与法律规范交汇处理型涉农群体性纠纷。通过对每一种类型选取的实例分析表明，多元化纠纷解决机制应对涉农群体性纠纷的前提条件是解决纠纷的规范必须明确、具体。只有这样，多元化纠纷解决机制介入具体的纠纷才可能发挥效用。

Our changeable agriculture related policies are often in conflict with law which lags behind. This not only exacerbates the complexity of agriculture-related group disputes, but also makes the type of dispute diverse. Group disputes can be divided into types of policy processing, legal norms processing, and the intersection of policy and legal norms processing. Then, selected examples of each type are analyzed, which shows that norms of solving agriculture related group disputes should be clarified and the dispute resolution mechanisms should be specified. Therefore, only by clearly defining the type of processing of agriculture related group disputes can the diversified dispute resolution mechanism become applicable.
