以竞争情报为理论基础，分析韩国的竞争情报服务体系，并指出在其三大体系下创新型中小企业的现状，以及竞争情报活动的“韩国特色”发现政府自始至终起到一个不可替代的引导作用。通过多方调查，这取具有代表性的M企业进行案例分析，从中了解到持国创新型中小企业进行竞争情报活动的优势和意义，取长补短，以期为我因此类企业的发展提供借鉴。

This paper analyzed the Competitive Intelligence （CI） system in Korea based on the theory of CI, and pointed out the current situation of Innovation Small and Middle Enterprises （SMEs） under the three systems, also the specialties＇ of its CI activities. After this, The paper found that the government is always plays an irreplaceahle role in guiding. Through extensive investigation, The paper chose a representative enterprise to analyze M Co., and learned that the advantage and significance of CI activities of Korean SMEs, learned from their strong points to offset the weakness, which could supply some reference to SMEs in China.
