以我国6家新型研发机构为例，重点对我国新型研发机构协同创新模式与机制进行了研究。新型研发机构与传统机构相比具有以下特点：功能定位体现政府导向、治理模式去行政化、体制机制灵活创新、政产学研高度协作。在协同创新模式上，主要分析了合作建设模式、组织管理模式、合作研发模式和合作服务模式。新型研发机构协同创新机制是投入机制、收益机制、运作机制、用人机制、考核机制与激励机制的耦合。在新型研发机构探索阶段还存在一些问题，对此提出了相应的政策建议。

In case of China＇s 6 new R＆D institutions, we studied collaborative modes and mechanism innovation of new research and development institutions in China. Compared with traditional institutions, the new R＆D institutions have the following characteristics： function orientation conforming to government guidance, non-administration management, flexible and highly collaborative innovation mechanism. In the cooperative innovation mode, mainly analyses the cooperative construction mode, management mode, cooperative R＆D model and cooperation model of service. We reckon that collaborative innovation mechanism model of R＆D institutions is the input mechanism, benefit mechanism, operation mechanism, employing mechanism, evaluation mechanism, incentive mechanism coupling. In the new R ＆ D institutions of the exploration stage, there are still some problems, this paper presents the corresponding policy recommendations.
