基于新型职业生涯下员工职业生涯观念、策略、行为的转变,本文修正了包含价值观契合、能力契合和职业生涯管理契合在内的个人-组织契合量表;通过279份对企业员工的问卷调查、统计分析,证实企业员工社会资本、人力资本对其职业成功各维度均具有正向影响,个人一组织契合在社会资本与职业成功、人力资本与职业成功的关系中均发挥中介作用,即员工所具有的社会资本、人力资本通过个人一组织契合对职业成功发挥作用。
基于新型職業生涯下員工職業生涯觀唸、策略、行為的轉變,本文脩正瞭包含價值觀契閤、能力契閤和職業生涯管理契閤在內的箇人-組織契閤量錶;通過279份對企業員工的問捲調查、統計分析,證實企業員工社會資本、人力資本對其職業成功各維度均具有正嚮影響,箇人一組織契閤在社會資本與職業成功、人力資本與職業成功的關繫中均髮揮中介作用,即員工所具有的社會資本、人力資本通過箇人一組織契閤對職業成功髮揮作用。

Based on changing in career values, approaches and behaviors of the new career, the paper revises the scale of person-organization fit that include value fit, demands-abilities fit and career management fit; and then examines 279 questionnaire on the effects of social capital, human capital and career success from China employees. The results indicate that the correlations between social capital, human capital and career success are significantly positive, person organization fit plays a mediating role in the correlations of social capital, human capital and career success, that is to say, through person-organization fit, the social capital, human capital of employees have positive effect on career success.
