高校虚拟社区是高校网络舆情管理工作和思想政治教育的主阵地，而当前高校虚拟社区主体冲突逐步显现并升级。本文基于冲突理论和沟通理论，以学生与相关主体冲突为视角，探讨了高校虚拟社区冲突主体分类及其行为特征，并从三个方面分析了高校虚拟社区冲突产生的主要原因，以期为进一步提高高校网络舆情管理工作的有效性提供参考。
高校虛擬社區是高校網絡輿情管理工作和思想政治教育的主陣地，而噹前高校虛擬社區主體遲突逐步顯現併升級。本文基于遲突理論和溝通理論，以學生與相關主體遲突為視角，探討瞭高校虛擬社區遲突主體分類及其行為特徵，併從三箇方麵分析瞭高校虛擬社區遲突產生的主要原因，以期為進一步提高高校網絡輿情管理工作的有效性提供參攷。

The university virtual community is the main platform for on -line public opinion management and students＇ political education of colleges and universities. At present, the subject conflicts appear gradually and upgrade in the university virtual community. Based on the conflict theory and communication theory, this paper discusses the subject classification and its behavioral characteristic in the university virtual community from the perspective of conflict between college students and related subjects. And it also analyzes the main reasons of the conflicts in the university virtual community from three aspects in order to provide the reference for improving the effectiveness of university on - line public opinion management.
