林下经济的发展引起了众多学者的关注。学者们从林下经济的含义、基础理论、发展模式、经济效益、问题与建议等方面进行了研究探讨，但是关于林下经济发展的理论基础，特别是经济学理论还显得不足。文章运用产权理论、外部性理论和信息不对称理论等经济学理论对林下经济发展予以解释，并提出相应建议。
林下經濟的髮展引起瞭衆多學者的關註。學者們從林下經濟的含義、基礎理論、髮展模式、經濟效益、問題與建議等方麵進行瞭研究探討，但是關于林下經濟髮展的理論基礎，特彆是經濟學理論還顯得不足。文章運用產權理論、外部性理論和信息不對稱理論等經濟學理論對林下經濟髮展予以解釋，併提齣相應建議。

The development of under-forestry economy has attracted the attention of many scholars. Though scholars have studied the development of under-forestry economy from its implications, basic theory, development model, economic benefits, problems and suggestions, the researches on the basic theory （especially in economic theory） of under-forestry economy development is seemed inadequate. The paper uses property rights theory, externality theory and asymmetric information theory to explain the development of under-forestry economy and makes recommendations accordingly.
