将演化博弈理论应用到处理雾霾现象的现实问题中,通过建立博弈模型,对于无政府监管和政府监管两种情况下,参与人的行为进行演化博弈理论解释,说明政府参与雾霾治理的必要性,得到政府与参与人群体的演化稳定策略,并根据参数分析结果提出了针对性建议和对策。

In this paper, the evolutionary game theory is used to deal with haze practical problems, through the establishment of the game model, using evolutionary game theory to explain the behavior of participants under the nongovernment supervision and government supervision, the paper explained the necessity of government involvement in haze governance, as well as get the evolutionary stable strategy of the government and the participant groups. Lastly, suggestions and countermeasures are proposed based on parametric analysis results.
