基于江西返乡农民工创业典型调查的信息，采用系统基模方法深入分析农民工返乡创业的影响因素以及因素之间的相互关系和作用机理，研究结果表明：影响返乡农民工创业的因素主要包括个人自身或家庭因素、外部宏观环境、具体微观环境三大因素。个人自身或家庭因素中，家庭经济状况、原来外出打工的收入与农民工返乡创业的意愿呈“u型”关系，受教育与掌握技能程度、个人与家族的人脉关系等因素对农民工返乡创业具有积极影响；外部宏观环境因素中，城市的就业压力和生活成本对农民工返乡创业产生推进作用，但融资困难与创办企业困难又会阻碍农民工返乡创业；具体微观环境因素中，城乡二元结构的不公正待遇、家乡的发展环境改善与劳动密集型产业转移等对农民工返乡创业均有积极的促进作用。

Based on the Jiangxi return migrant workers＇ pioneering typical survey information, this study dis cusses the impact factors of return migrant workers＇ pioneering and analyzes the mutual relationship and mechanism among the impact factors of return migrant workers＇ pioneering applying the system archetype model. Research re suits indicate that there are three main factors affecting the wiliness of return migrant workers＇ pioneering including personal or family factors, external macro environment, and specific micro environment. During the personal or family factors, the economic situation and the off - farm income before show a U curve with the return migrant workers＇ entrepreneurial intention,while education and skills, social relationships have a positive influence on the return migrant workers＇ pioneering;in the external macro environment factors, city employment pressure and life cost play a positive role on return migrant workers＇ pioneering, but the difficulties in financing and building business hinder the return migrant workers＇ pioneering;during the specific micro environmental factors, the unfair treatment leading to two structures between urban and rural areas, the improvement and development of hometown, and labor intensive industry transfer may attract return migrant workers＇ pioneering.
