宋代土地买卖异常频繁且形式多样，除了传统的直接买卖之外，由借贷抵押所引起的土地所有权转移亦可看作是一种间接的土地买卖。在这些多样化的买卖中，佃权转移时常发生，从而出现了“永佃权”及“二地主”，表明了经济关系在土地流转中变得更加复杂多元化。与频繁且多样化的宋代土地买卖相适应，国家也出现了从土地配置到“司券”之职能的转变。
宋代土地買賣異常頻繁且形式多樣，除瞭傳統的直接買賣之外，由藉貸牴押所引起的土地所有權轉移亦可看作是一種間接的土地買賣。在這些多樣化的買賣中，佃權轉移時常髮生，從而齣現瞭“永佃權”及“二地主”，錶明瞭經濟關繫在土地流轉中變得更加複雜多元化。與頻繁且多樣化的宋代土地買賣相適應，國傢也齣現瞭從土地配置到“司券”之職能的轉變。
송대토지매매이상빈번차형식다양，제료전통적직접매매지외，유차대저압소인기적토지소유권전이역가간작시일충간접적토지매매。재저사다양화적매매중，전권전이시상발생，종이출현료“영전권”급“이지주”，표명료경제관계재토지류전중변득경가복잡다원화。여빈번차다양화적송대토지매매상괄응，국가야출현료종토지배치도“사권”지직능적전변。
The land transactions in the Song dynasty were extremely frequent with various forms. Besides the traditional direct trade, passing of the land title based on loans and mortgages could be seen as an indirect trade. Among these various transactions, transfer of tenant fight happened often. Thus the ＂permanent tenant rights＂ and the ＂tenant who sublets＂ occurred, which shows the economic relationships became more and more complicated in the land transaction. To adapt to this frequent and various land transactions during the Song dynasty, the country functions had changed from the distribution of land to the ＂Si Quan＂.
