教育环境对教师教学方式的选择与运用有重要的影响,但在实际教学中却未得到应有的重视。在对一线中小学教师问卷调查的基础上,运用层次分析法对不同教育环境因素对教师教学方式选择与运用的影响程度进行实证分析,研究表明:班风、评价方式、学校教学资源的利用程度、学校文化制度、班级规模、座位安排形式对教师教学方式选择与运用的影响程度分别为44.37%、26.88%、14.16%、8.18%、4%、2.43%。为此,根据不同教育环境因素的影响程度,提出在教学方式的选择与运用中,优化教育环境的建议。

The educational environment has an important impact on the teaching mode selection and application, but is not paid due attention in practical teaching. Based on the questionnaire survey of primary and secondary school teachers, the research applies analytical hierarchy process to do empirical analysis of different educational environment factors on the impact of teaching mode selection and application. The results of this research show that: the impact of class atmosphere, evaluation methods, the degree of school teaching resources utilization, school culture system, the class size and the form of seating arrangements on teachers' teaching mode selection and application are 44. 37%, 26.88%, 14. 16%, 8. 18%, 4% and 2.43%. Then, according to the degree of different educational environment factors, we put forward some suggestions to optimize the educational environment in teaching mode selection and application.
