当代中国正进入一个文化转型时期，多元文化正逐步取代一元文化成为时代特征，近年来语言文字领域的很多争议恰是当代多元文化的表征。科学的语言文字规范理念首先需要一种发展的、开放的、包容的文化心态，其次要科学区分语言文字的工具作用和文化作用，并且，在尊重文化多样性的基础上可以适当强调语言文字的工具作用。
噹代中國正進入一箇文化轉型時期，多元文化正逐步取代一元文化成為時代特徵，近年來語言文字領域的很多爭議恰是噹代多元文化的錶徵。科學的語言文字規範理唸首先需要一種髮展的、開放的、包容的文化心態，其次要科學區分語言文字的工具作用和文化作用，併且，在尊重文化多樣性的基礎上可以適噹彊調語言文字的工具作用。
당대중국정진입일개문화전형시기，다원문화정축보취대일원문화성위시대특정，근년래어언문자영역적흔다쟁의흡시당대다원문화적표정。과학적어언문자규범이념수선수요일충발전적、개방적、포용적문화심태，기차요과학구분어언문자적공구작용화문화작용，병차，재존중문화다양성적기출상가이괄당강조어언문자적공구작용。
Contemporary China is coming into a period of cultural transformation, ana multiculture becomes the characteristic of times, edging out monistic culture. A lot of dis putes on language and character are the features of contemporary multiculture in recent years. It needs a developmental, open and comprehensive cultural mentality to have scien tific specification idea on language and character; then it is necessary to distinguish the in strumentality and culture of language and character; besides, it is acceptable to stress in strumentality of language and character on the basis of respecting the diversity of culture.
