指出了当下常见的各种会展标志权侵权类型．包括：擅用会展标志用于商业目的、交易舍侵权标志的产品以及域名或企业名侵犯会展标志权。提出了完善会展标志法律保护的措施，即从法学理论上明确会展标志权的内容，加大《商标法》对会展标志的保护力度，扩充《中华人民共和国反不正当竞争法》对会展标志的保护范围，修订《中华人民共和国特殊标志管理条例》以完善会展标志的保护制度。

Introducing the common infringement of the convention and exhibition logos such as commercially appropriating these logos, transacting products with the infringed logos and domain names or enterprise names infringing these logos, this paper suggests the measures to improve the legal protection of these convention and exhibition logos, i.e. to define in the jurisprudence the range of rights of the convention and exhibition logos, to enhance the application of the Trademark Law to protect these logos, to extend the Anti-fair Competition Law cover to these logos, and to amend Regulations on the Administration of Special Signs to improve the protection system of the convention and exhibition logos.
