以教育为手段使人臻于成熟理性的最高目标便是社会道德的养成，而培养这样的尽善道德观所需要的教材应该在各式各样的“共同体”里选择，以此来为人的完整性服务。社会教育就是要在社会生活、家庭生活、团体生活和民族生活等各种生活中产生关联作用，促进生活共同体的提升。因为所有教育的根本和生活的根本均是要取得公民道德陶冶、社会道德建设完善、社会共同体和谐的终极效果。

The highest goal of taking education as the means to make individuals become mature and rational is the formation of social morality. But teaching materials of cultivating such good morality should be chosen from a wide variety of ＂community＂, so as to serve for humanPs integrity. Social education will produce correlation function in the social life, family life, community life and national life and other various kinds of lives get the community of life improved and perfected. Because all the education and lifer roots are to achieve the following ultimate effects： getting citizenr morality cultivated, making social morality construction improved and perfected, making social community harmonious.
