随着教育理念和信息技术的发展,基于O2O环境的翻转课堂已成为当前教育教学领域的研究热点与实践趋势。作为信息传播、问题探讨和知识扩散的特定活动,学术会议与课堂教学有着诸多类似的方面。为此.借鉴翻转课堂的理念提出了翻转会议的概念,并剖析了国内外两次翻转式学术会议的组织案例。并在前期研究成果——面向翻转课堂的“太极环模型I”的基础上,构建了面向翻转会议的“太极环模型II”。与翻转课堂一样.翻转会议的有效实施也离不开O2O环境中各种信息化软硬件平台的技术支撑,,通过对翻转会议理论概念、组织模式与技术平台的阐释,以期为O2O环境中学术会议的有效组织与创新发展,提供一些借鉴与参考

With the development of educational insights and information technology, flipped classroom based on the O2O (Of- fline-to-Online) environment has been a hot topic in the current educational research. As a particular activity disseminating informa- tion and sharing knowledge, academic conference has tremendous similarities with in-class teaching. Based on the notion of flipped classroom, the concept of flipped conference is put forward in the paper. The paper reviews the concept and origin of academic con- ference, and studies the implementation of the two cases of flipped conference at home and abroad respectively. On the basis of "Tai chi Ring Mode I" in the previous research on flipped classroom, the author establishes "Tai chi Ring Mode II" for flipped conference. Similar to the flipped classroom, the effectiveness of flipped conference strongly relies on various technical supports of the informa- tion-based hardware and software platforms in 020 environment. At the end of the paper, the author systematically introduces the technical platform system which supports the flipped conference according to his own practical experience. By explaining the theoretical concepts, organizational patterns and technical platform of the flipped conference, the author attempts to provide practical guidance for the effective organization and the innovative development in the academic conference under the environment of O2O.
