在教育公平理论指导下以教育评价指标系统模式为框架,构建以教育公平为理论核心的学校体育均衡发展评价模型,运用特尔菲法经过3轮专家问卷调查,建立由学校体育资源、学校体育过程、学校体育结果与学校体育环境4个一级指标、10个二级指标和28个三级指标所组成的学校体育均衡发展评价指标体系,对专家调查结果进行数理统计分析,最终确定学校体育均衡发展评价指标体系中各项指标的权重。

Guided by the theory in educational equity and framed under the education index system model, the present thesis sets to construct the evaluation index system of the balanced development of school sports with the theoretical core of educational equity. Using the Delphi method and after questionnaires with three experts, 4 Level 1 (resources, process, results and environment of school sports), 10 Level 2 and 28 Level 3 indicators have been established to form the evaluation index system of the balanced development of school sports. After the mathematical and statistical analysis of the findings in the expert questionnaires, the proportion of the indicators has finally been determined in the evaluation index system of the balanced development of school sports.
