对中原经济区农村劳动力转移现状的实证分析发现，当前农村劳动力转移呈现出省内转移数量超过省外转移、向中部地区转移数量增长迅速、转向中小城市的数量持续增加、转向第三产业人数超越第二产业等特征。对中原经济区农村劳动力转移与“三化”协调发展的内在机制分析表明，可通过提高城镇工业化水平、加速农民市民化进程和拓展农业内部转移渠道三方面促进农村劳动力的有序转移。

An empirical analysis on the current transfer situation of rural labor force in the Central PlainsEconomic Zone found that the transfers present a number of features, including the numbers transferring toHenan province more than those of the other provinces, those to the central region increasing dramatically,those to small and medium cities growing continuously, those to the tertiary industry beyond the secondindustry. The analysis on the internal mechanism between Central Plains Economic Zone＇ s rural labor forcetransfer and the three coordinated development shows that the orderly transfer of rural labor force can bepromoted in the following three ways, as prompting the level of urban industrialization, accelerating the processof farmers to be citizen, expanding agricultural internal transfer channels.
