水资源是区域经济社会发展的基础性保障。兰州新区作为第五个获批的国家级新区，将成为甘肃省高度集聚的产业发展区和西北地区重要的经济增长极。由于地处干旱半干旱地区，水资源作为战略性资源的地位更加突出。试对兰州新区水资源需求问题做初步探讨，以期有益于兰州新区建设发展。
水資源是區域經濟社會髮展的基礎性保障。蘭州新區作為第五箇穫批的國傢級新區，將成為甘肅省高度集聚的產業髮展區和西北地區重要的經濟增長極。由于地處榦旱半榦旱地區，水資源作為戰略性資源的地位更加突齣。試對蘭州新區水資源需求問題做初步探討，以期有益于蘭州新區建設髮展。
수자원시구역경제사회발전적기출성보장。란주신구작위제오개획비적국가급신구，장성위감숙성고도집취적산업발전구화서북지구중요적경제증장겁。유우지처간한반간한지구，수자원작위전략성자원적지위경가돌출。시대란주신구수자원수구문제주초보탐토，이기유익우란주신구건설발전。
Water resource is the basic guarantee for the development of regional economy and social development. Lanzhou Newly Developed Zone, as the fifth state-level development zone, will become a highly concentrated industrial zone and an important economic growth pole in northwestern China. As Lanzhou Newly Developed Zone lies in the arid and semi-arid regions, water as a strategic resource becomes crucial. This paper tries to do some preliminary research on the water demand pattern in Lanzhou Newly Developed Zone, hoping to be helpful for its future development.
