以缺陷汽车产品损害赔偿为视角，从法律位阶、实践需要两个维度构建汽车产品消费者权益保护法律体系，梳理法律问适用的关系和规则，结合具体实践，得出目前仍存在的各项不足，并针对法律体系的不足提出缩减规章数量、提高法律位阶等建议。
以缺陷汽車產品損害賠償為視角，從法律位階、實踐需要兩箇維度構建汽車產品消費者權益保護法律體繫，梳理法律問適用的關繫和規則，結閤具體實踐，得齣目前仍存在的各項不足，併針對法律體繫的不足提齣縮減規章數量、提高法律位階等建議。
이결함기차산품손해배상위시각，종법률위계、실천수요량개유도구건기차산품소비자권익보호법률체계，소리법률문괄용적관계화규칙，결합구체실천，득출목전잉존재적각항불족，병침대법률체계적불족제출축감규장수량、제고법률위계등건의。
From perspective of damage compensation to the defective vehicle, the automotive products legal system of consumer protection is constructed in the legal hierarchy and practice requires, sorting applicable relationship between the law and rules. Simultaneously, banding with the practice, there are some shortcomings in items, reducing the numbers of rules and enhancing the legal hierarchy of the rules are made on the basis of the defection of present legal system.
