次贷危机平息后，全球金融体系中的主要经济体进行了改革。系统性风险管理、加强高风险金融衍生品系统的控制，成为改革重点。但后危机时代的监管中也存在影响监管全局的资本制度顺周期性下的金融监管、公司治理与薪酬激励机制下的金融监管问题，对其调整与改革成为改革体系中的重要内容。其中，金融监管中的顺周期性、金融机构的激励机制与全球性合作，引起了各国金融监管机构的关注，对其解决问题的做法，在一定程度上反映了全球性金融监管发展的趋势，同时也对全球金融市场产生了深刻的影响。

After the subprime crisis quieted down,major economic giants of global financial system conducted new reform. In the changes,systematic risk management,enhanced control of high-risk financial derivative system came to the key. However,in the supervision,there are several problems,such as financial regulation that impacts the overall capital system in procyclicality,the supervision under mechanism of company govern-ance and compensation incentive system,which form the major contents in the adjustment and improvement of the reform system. Among them,procyclicality of financial supervision,incentive mechanism of financial or-gans and global cooperation draw attentions from supervision regulators of each country. The solution to these issues to some extent reflects the trend of global supervision,influencing global financial market deeply.
