利用问卷调查数据，采用结构方程模型探讨影响企业技术创新的产业环境、组织文化和组织结构三者的关系。研究结果显示：产业环境并不直接影响企业的技术创新，而是通过影响组织文化和组织结构来间接影响企业技术创新；其作用机制通过两条路径实现，一是以组织文化为中介变量影响技术创新，二是通过影响组织文化进而影响组织结构再而影响技术创新。

Using the data from the questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the relationship among industrial environment,organizational eul ture and organizational structure which influence enterprisers technological innovation by using the structural equation model. The result shows as follows：industrial environment does not directly affect enterprise＇s technological innovation,but indirectly influences it by two intermediary variables, namely organizational culture and organizational structure;there exist two mechanisms of enterprise technological innovation, the first is that organizational culture as intermediary variable affects technological innovation,the second is that organizational culture affects organiza tional structure and then influences technological innovation.
