新型工业化和新型城镇化是破解我国当前发展困境的关键因素。十八大之后，党中央和国务院已经把新型工业化和新型城镇化作为促进我国经济社会发展转型的重要抓手。但国内依然缺乏有关二者关系的深入探讨，更遑论如何优化调控二者发展。以国家战略需求为导向，探讨新型工业化与新型城镇化之间的互动机制以及对它们的优化调控方法，寄希望于解决当前城市发展和工业发展转型升级问题，同时，也希望原有的城市化和工业化关系理论能够得到进一步丰富和更新。分析表明，通过资源倒逼机制、政策整合作用以及发展城市群等，可以有利于我国新型工业化和新型城镇化互动发展。

At present, interaction between old-type urbanization and industrialization was unable to address the current development issues in China. New-type industrization （NI） and new-type urbanization （NU） were important means to accelerate social and economic transformation especially. After the Eighteenth National Congress of CPC, the policies on NI and NU had become more clearer than before. However,little detailed research bad been adopted on the relationship between NI and NU. Oriented by national strategic demands, this study examined the coupling mechanism for the optimal regulation on NI and NU, and aimmed to address the current issues of urban development and the transformation and upgrading of industrial development, and to broaden knowledge on urbanization and industrialization. Through analysis, it is believed that resources-forced mechanism and developing urban agglomerations can upgrade NI and NU.
