采用问卷调查和交叉表格分析法,分析了不同属性游客对桂林市非物质文化遗产感知的差异及旅游需求。游客对桂林市非遗项目的整体感知度低,对绝大部分的非遗项目不熟悉,但普遍对知名度较高的“刘三姐歌谣”和“桂林山水传说”有较高的感知度。对非遗项目感兴趣的游客比例较低,最感兴趣的是“刘三姐歌谣”和“桂林山水传说”。不同性别、年龄、民族、受教育程度、职业、居住地和收入水平的游客对桂林非遗的感知度存在很大的差异。电视广播是游客了解非遗的最主要途径,网络成为游客了解非遗的重要途径。游客期望了解非遗的途径主要包括网络、电视广播、报纸杂志及政府宣传活动。游客对桂林非遗旅游体验的潜在需求很大。

By the method of questionnaire and Cross-Table, the article analyzed tourists' perception difference and travel demand of the intangible cultural heritage in Guilin. The overall tourists' perception of non-material cultural heritage projects of Guilin is low, the tourists surveyed are not familiar with the vast majority of non-material cultural heritage items, and generally have higher perception on the high-profile projects such as “Liusanjie ballads” and “Guilin landscape legend”. The lower proportion of the tourists who are interested in intangible cultural heritage items is obtained and tourists are most interested in “Liusanjie ballads” and “Guilin landscape legend”. There are significant differences in the perception of Guilin' s intangible cultural heritage between those tourists of different gender, age, ethnicity, education level, occupation, place of residence and income. Tourists know nonmaterial cultural heritage mostly by television broadcasting and the network is another important way. The visitors expect to konw the non-material cultural heritage via network, television broadcasting, newspapers and magazines and government propaganda activities. The potential travel demand that tourist experence Guilin' s non-material cultural heritage tourism is high.
