劳动力是商品生产和市场经济运行的基本要素，通过劳动过程和劳动力再生产过程与生态环境相关联。本文从劳动过程和劳动力再生产过程的正逆生态逻辑两条理论路径分析劳动的生态逻辑。通过引入污染物负价值概念，构建劳动过程和劳动力再生产过程的物质和价值的生态闭环模型，从数量角度分析正生态逻辑和逆生态逻辑在生态闭环框架下的发生机制，并提出从制度创新和理念创新上规避逆生态逻辑，形成人与自然和谐发展的正生态逻辑。

Labor force is the basic element of commodity production and market economy. La- bor process and labor reproduction process are associated with ecological environment. This paper analyzes the two theoretical path of the ecological logic of labor process and labor reproduction process. By introducing the concept of pollutant negative value, the material and value of ecologi- cal closed-loop model construction of labor process and labor reproduction process, the paper ana- lyzes the occurrence mechanism of the positive ecological logic and inverse ecological logic in the framework of ecological closed-loop from the quantitative angle, and put forward circumventing inverse ecological logic from system innovation to form the positive ecological logic containing the harmonious development of human and nature.
