社会主义核心价值观是社会主义本质的价值表达，培育和践行社会主义核心价值观，是深层次整合社会意识、维护社会秩序、凝聚社会力量的重要途径。培育和践行社会主义核心价值观是一项系统工程，其中，深刻理解社会主义核心价值观内涵是其思想前提；确立内在信仰是其最终目标；不断扩大社会共同利益是其现实根基；现代化的国家治理体系是其制度保障，这四个方面对于社会主义核心价值观建设具有基础性意义。
社會主義覈心價值觀是社會主義本質的價值錶達，培育和踐行社會主義覈心價值觀，是深層次整閤社會意識、維護社會秩序、凝聚社會力量的重要途徑。培育和踐行社會主義覈心價值觀是一項繫統工程，其中，深刻理解社會主義覈心價值觀內涵是其思想前提；確立內在信仰是其最終目標；不斷擴大社會共同利益是其現實根基；現代化的國傢治理體繫是其製度保障，這四箇方麵對于社會主義覈心價值觀建設具有基礎性意義。

The socialist core valuesare the expression of the essence of socialism value. Cultiva- ting and practicing socialist core values is an important way of integrating the social consciousness, maintaining social order and rallying social strength. To cultivate and practice the socialist core values is a systematic engineering project. A deep understanding of the connotation of social- ism core values is its ideological premise; establishing internal belief is its ultimate goal; expanding common interests of the society is its realistic foundation; the modernization of national gov- ernance system is its institutional guarantee. The construction of these four aspects of the socialist core values is of fundamental significance.
