对2012年甘肃省农村体育骨干教师置换培训项目的实施进行个案研究,结果显示培训目标的价值取向突出强调社会需求,不能满足农村体育教师发展需求;培训管理系统内部任务分配不合理,没有形成合力;培训团队省外专家难求,一线教师培训能力较低;培训内容较为合理,培训方式传统低效,学员参与程度不高,培训绩效评价流于形式;顶岗实习学生的管理状况较为混乱、缺乏有效指导。
對2012年甘肅省農村體育骨榦教師置換培訓項目的實施進行箇案研究,結果顯示培訓目標的價值取嚮突齣彊調社會需求,不能滿足農村體育教師髮展需求;培訓管理繫統內部任務分配不閤理,沒有形成閤力;培訓糰隊省外專傢難求,一線教師培訓能力較低;培訓內容較為閤理,培訓方式傳統低效,學員參與程度不高,培訓績效評價流于形式;頂崗實習學生的管理狀況較為混亂、缺乏有效指導。

The authors made a case study of the implementation of the replacement training program for backbone physical education teachers in countryside in Gansu province in 2012, and revealed the following findings:the value orientation of training objectives highlighted social needs, failing to meet the need for rural physical education teacher development;task assignment inside the training management system was irrational, failing to form a resultant force; the training team had few experts from other provinces, and a low frontline teacher training capacity;training contents were rational, but training manner was traditional and low efficiency, the degree of student participation was not high, training performance evaluation became a mere formality;post replacement intern management was chaotic, lacking in effective guidance.
