复旦大学中长跑队是“自主型体教联合”的成功模式，其成功经验包括：对“自主型体教联合”培养模式的信赖和坚持、挑选合作伙伴的战略性思考、将队员“自我管理”制度化、克服协调学训矛盾，以及运动训练的科学化。不过，复旦中长跑队的“体教联合”在注册管理、制度建设、内部激励等方面仍有待完善，从制度、机制、资金等方面提出有针对性的建议。
복단대학중장포대시“자주형체교연합”적성공모식，기성공경험포괄：대“자주형체교연합”배양모식적신뢰화견지、도선합작화반적전략성사고、장대원“자아관리”제도화、극복협조학훈모순，이급운동훈련적과학화。불과，복단중장포대적“체교연합”재주책관리、제도건설、내부격려등방면잉유대완선，종제도、궤제、자금등방면제출유침대성적건의。
The middle and long distance running team of Fudan University is a successful mode of “independent cultural education and physical education united”cultivation, its successful experiences include the followings：trust and adherence to the “independent cultural education and physical education united” cultivation mode; strategic thinking about partner selection;institutionalizing the“self management”of team members;overcoming and coor-dinating the contradiction between cultural learning and physical training;making sports training scientific. How-ever, the “cultural education and physical education united” cultivation of the middle and long distance running team of Fudan University still needs to be improved in terms of registration management, institution construction, internal stimulation etc, hence the author put forward some action specific suggestions in terms of institution, mechanism, fund etc.
