构建了决策者声望寻求下的效用模型,对决策者的组织声望及其包含的竞争声望、政治声望与团队绩效的关系进行了数理证明。考虑了决策者只决策自身努力水平,决策者同时决策自身及下属的努力水平两种情景。结合仿真分析结果发现:首先,决策者的声望寻求行为在两种情景下都会降低团队绩效,且这一反向关系在情境2下更加显著;其次,在情景1下,实干型决策者有利于提高团队绩效,而这一结论在情境2下不一定成立;最后,决策者的最优努力水平和下属努力在情境2下具有正向关系,而在情景1下二者的关系与决策者的个体特征有关。
構建瞭決策者聲望尋求下的效用模型,對決策者的組織聲望及其包含的競爭聲望、政治聲望與糰隊績效的關繫進行瞭數理證明。攷慮瞭決策者隻決策自身努力水平,決策者同時決策自身及下屬的努力水平兩種情景。結閤倣真分析結果髮現:首先,決策者的聲望尋求行為在兩種情景下都會降低糰隊績效,且這一反嚮關繫在情境2下更加顯著;其次,在情景1下,實榦型決策者有利于提高糰隊績效,而這一結論在情境2下不一定成立;最後,決策者的最優努力水平和下屬努力在情境2下具有正嚮關繫,而在情景1下二者的關繫與決策者的箇體特徵有關。

This paper discusses the relationship of team performance and status seeking behavior under: in context the man- ager decides his own efforts only, and in context the can also decide colleagues' efforts. Combining numerical analysis it gets three managerial insights: firstly, team performance will decrease if the manager prefers status more, and this inverse relationship will be more significant in context2. Secondly, a practical manager can improve team performance, however, this may be not true in context2. Thirdly, the relationship between the decision maker' s optimal efforts level and his colleagues' efforts is determined by his characteristics.
