在当代中国,儒家伦理陷入了形象负面化、地位边缘化、内容含混化、知行分离化和主体虚无化等困境,原因固然与其近百年来遭到的批判和攻击有关,更重要的是市场经济大潮和农村城镇化导致儒家伦理的社会基础--熟人社会演变成了陌生人社会.然而,大数据时代的世界数据化、生活智能化、社会开放化三大趋势又在更高、更广、更深的层次上重建了新型熟人社会,从而为儒家伦理的复兴创造了条件.在大数据时代这个新型的熟人社会中,儒家伦理将重放光芒:修身与诚信将成为生存的法则,“发乎情”与“止乎礼”将成为社会交往的基本准则,而忠恕之道和“亲亲互隐”则必将成为隐私保护的伦理基础.

In contemporary China, Confucian ethics has lapsed into the dilemma of negative image, marginalized position, ambiguityof contents, detachment of knowledge and action, and nihility of practical entity. Though its present situation is related to the accusa-tion and attack against it in the past nearly 100 years, the most important reason is that the market economy and countryside urbaniza-tion are turning the social basis of Confucian ethics from an acquaintances’ society to a strangers’ one. Fortunately, the three trendsof the world’s digitalization, life’s intelligentization, and opening of the society are reconstructing a new type of acquaintances’ soci-ety in a higher, broader, and more profound level, which creates opportunities for the revival of Confucian ethics. In the Big Data ep-och, Confucian ethics will shine again, in the course of which self-cultivation and trustworthiness will be the rules for survival, “start-ing from affections” and “ending with etiquettes” will become a basic standard for social communications, principle of benevolenceand loyalty and kinsfolk’s mutual concealing will become an ethical basis for privacy protection.
