在高校建设专职科研队伍,具有实践层面上的多重价值和意义.从20世纪60年代中后期开始,我国高校在专职科研队伍建设方面走过了一段曲折的历程,也取得了一定的成效,但在目前的队伍建设过程中还存在着关键性的结构缺失问题,具体表现在内、外两个层面.为此,有必要继续为之提供制度性的支持,从资源配置的角度优化专职科研队伍的内外结构,从而在各高校打造一支有适度数量规模、稳定、高水平的专职科研队伍.
