运用二元Logistic回归分析方法研究了人力资本对福建省女性农民工劳动合同签订的影响.研究结果表明,年龄、技能、健康等因素对女性农民工劳动合同签订产生显著影响,而教育、培训、外出务工年限等因素对其劳动合同签订影响不显著.研究认为,要提高女性农民工的劳动合同签订率,迫切需要加强劳动法律建设和劳动监察,提高女性农民工的技能和健康水平.

This paper uses dual Logistic Regression method to study the impact of human capital on female migrant workers＇ signing labor contracts in Fujian Province. The findings are as follows： the signing of labor contracts for female migrant workers is strongly influeneed by Bge, skill and heBhh. Other faetors don＇ t have significant influence such as education, training and work experience. The study suggests that, to raise the rate of signing labor contracts for female migrant workers, there is the urgent need for strengthening the construetion of the labor laws and labor inspection, improving the skills and health of female migrant workers.
