近些年来县域邮政储蓄银行虽然发展较快,但其发展中也暴露出了诸多问题:银行经营管理经验不足;风险控制存在缺陷;网点布局及网点建设不够合理;人员素质和工作水平不高;服务功能欠缺.造成这些问题的成因相当复杂.表象原因包括发展起步晚、经营理念难以满足业务发展的需求、业务人员无法满足点多面广的需求、职工素质难以满足业务拓展的刚性需要;深层原因包括内部治理机制不完善、尚未得到全社会的普遍认可、传统经营方式的惯性制约.要促进县域邮政储蓄银行的又好又快发展,必须采取多种对策措施:丰富经营管理经验,完善风险防控体系,规范网点布局及其建设,提高人员素质及工作水平,完善服务功能.
近些年來縣域郵政儲蓄銀行雖然髮展較快,但其髮展中也暴露齣瞭諸多問題:銀行經營管理經驗不足;風險控製存在缺陷;網點佈跼及網點建設不夠閤理;人員素質和工作水平不高;服務功能欠缺.造成這些問題的成因相噹複雜.錶象原因包括髮展起步晚、經營理唸難以滿足業務髮展的需求、業務人員無法滿足點多麵廣的需求、職工素質難以滿足業務拓展的剛性需要;深層原因包括內部治理機製不完善、尚未得到全社會的普遍認可、傳統經營方式的慣性製約.要促進縣域郵政儲蓄銀行的又好又快髮展,必鬚採取多種對策措施:豐富經營管理經驗,完善風險防控體繫,規範網點佈跼及其建設,提高人員素質及工作水平,完善服務功能.

This article analyzes the problems in the development of China' s country postal savings banks such as lack of bank management experience, defects in risk control, unreasonable network layout and construction, lower quality of personnel and lower levels of work, imperfect service function and so on. It then analyzes the causes for these problems: surface reasons are late development, management philosophy fails to meet the needs for business development, bank staff can not satisfy the demand over a broad area, the quality of staff is not good enough to meet the rigid needs for business expansion. Underlying causes are as follows: inadequate internal governance mechanism, the fact tirol the banks have not yet been widely recognized by society as a whole and are subject to inertial constraints of the traditional mode of operation. The paper comes up with the following mea.sures of promoting the sound and rapid development of county postal savings banks: enrich management experience, perfect risk control system, regulate network layout and construction, improve the quality of personnel and job level and improve the service functions.
