财产和产权是决定农民财产性收入的两个关键因素,财产的所有权、使用权、用益权和让渡权都直接或间接地影响农民财产转化为财产性收入.在产权分析的基础上,进一步归纳和总结了当前国家和地方政府为增加农民财产性收入所进行的农村产权改革实践,并提出了增加农民财产性收入的新路径.

The paper interprets the connotation of property income of farmers from the perspective of property rights. It believes that property and property rights are two key factors that determine farmers＇ property income and that ownership, the right to use the property, usufruct and transfen＇ing rights directly or indirectly affect the transformation of farmers＇ property into property income. Based on property rights analysis, the paper further conducts a summary of property rights reform practice in rural areas undertaken by the national and local government.s at present to increase farmers＇ income from property. It proposes some new approaches to increasing their property income.
