全日制专业学位研究生的招生和培养,标志着中国研究生教育开始从以学术型人才培养为主向以专业型人才培养为主的转变。作为一种全新的人才培养模式,全日制专业学位研究生在中国没有经验可以借鉴,还需要不断地探索和实践。从培养现状来看.全日制专业学位研究生培养存在着职业性不突出、实践环节薄弱、导师力量不强、评价标准缺乏、社会认可度低等问题。全日制专业学位研究生的培养,要以专业学位研究生教育的基本特征为依据、以社会需求为导向、以应用型人才培养为目标,科学设置课程结构和教学内容,创新教学方式.重视实践环节教学,加强导师队伍建设,同时要建立科学的培养质量评价体系.增强社会对这一培养形式的认可度。

The recruitment and cultivation of full-time professional graduates in China is a signal of graduate education structurechanging from mainly focus on academic talents to equal stress on academic and professional graduates. As a bran-new personneltraining mode, full-time professional graduate education has almost no experiences for reference and needs continual exploration andpracticing. It can be seen from the current situation of full-time professional graduate cultivation that some problems still exist such asless prominent on occupation, weak practical training, powerless practical supervisor, lacking evaluation criterion and lower social rec-ognition degree. So the full-time professional graduate education should adhere to the essential features of professional graduate, guidingon social needing and aiming on practical talents cultivation, scientifically set the courses structure and content, innovate teachingmethods, pay more attention on practice, enhance development of supervisor team, and at the same time, a scientific cultivation qualityevaluating system should be established so as to increase the social recognition degree to this new cultivation mode.
