技术创新能力是当前国家核心竞争力之一。世界各国都非常重视运用科技力量提升国家竞争力,实现产业结构升级,转变经济发展方式。本文以金砖四国(BRIC4)和七国集团(G7)为研究对象,选取1992-2012年BRIC4和G7技术专利申请量与人均GDP数据,运用OLS回归模型、E—G协整检验、ECM误差修正模型等检验,研究技术创新对经济增长影响程度,实证结论表明技术创新与经济增长存在长期均衡关系。本文还从技术创新与国家经济发展速度关系、R&D支出占GDP比重、高科技出口额占比三方面比较研究BRIC4和凹的技术创新程度,比较结果表明BRIC4技术创新活跃程度日渐高于研。

Technical innovation ability is the national core competitiveness. All countries attach great importance to use the power of science and technology, to promote the competitiveness of the country, to upgrade industrial structure, to transform the economic development pattern. Therefore, this article selects the BRIC4 and the G7 as the research object, and selects data of technical patents filings and the per capita GDP from 1992 to 2012. Then, it adopts the OLS regession model, E- G cointegration test, Error Correction Model, to verify the long- term dynamic equilibrium between technical innovation and economic growth. This article also compares the technical innovation level between the BRIC4 and G7 in the speed of economic growth, R&D, high- tech exports. The results also show that the technical innovation activity of BRIC4 is becoming more and more active than those of G7.
