以产学研结合与协同创新的基本内涵分析为起点,从职能作用、理论依据、组织主体、参与方、聚焦问题重点等方面剖析两者的共同点,从创新重点、协同方式、参与主体范围、解决问题的侧重点、联合实体等方面分析了两者之间的差异,从而论证把两者结合起来,阐述实施产学研结合协同创新模式的重要性和基本途径,创新高校人才培养模式和科研组织模式。

Starting from the basic definition and connotation of collaboration of industry-university-research and collaboration innovation, this paper gives detailed analysis of the two matters, both on their common points in terms of functional role, theoretical basis, organizing body, participants and focal issues; as well as on their differences in terms of innovation focus, collaborative methods, range of participation, emphasis on problemsolving, entity and other aspects. Thus, concluding and illustrating the importance and primary methods of how to combine the two, so as to create innovative talent cultivation mechanism and effective structure of academic and scientific research.
