21世纪以来,西非—中国经贸合作飞速发展,西非中小企业与中国企业的合作是双方经贸合作的重要组成部分,而人才则是制约西非中小企业与中国企业合作的重要因素。为给西非中小企业提供人才支撑,西非—中国之间已经建立了多领域、多方位的立体教育合作模式,取得了丰硕的成果。但是西非—中国教育合作的过程中,也遇到了一些问题,文章提出一些具体建议,期望能够推动西非—中国教育合作更好更快向前发展。
