为了深入研究油墨在纸张内部的渗透状况,借助库贝卡-芒克理论,对油墨在纸张内的渗透深度进行了简化和模型化处理,并推出了基于纸张及其印区反射率的新型油墨渗透深度计算公式,涵盖了纸张厚度以及多种形式的纸张与印样的亮度(或白度)等参数。为进一步探讨该油墨渗透深度计算式的实用性,在一定印刷条件下打印出胶版纸和新闻纸样条,并利用金相显微镜测试出各纸样截面的油墨渗透深度Hpm值;再测定出W∞、W0、Wp和Wq值,并套用新型油墨渗透深度公式计算出Hpc值。通过对比发现,这些印样的油墨渗透深度测量值Hpm与计算值Hpc基本接近,且其相对误差约在±5%以内。
為瞭深入研究油墨在紙張內部的滲透狀況,藉助庫貝卡-芒剋理論,對油墨在紙張內的滲透深度進行瞭簡化和模型化處理,併推齣瞭基于紙張及其印區反射率的新型油墨滲透深度計算公式,涵蓋瞭紙張厚度以及多種形式的紙張與印樣的亮度(或白度)等參數。為進一步探討該油墨滲透深度計算式的實用性,在一定印刷條件下打印齣膠版紙和新聞紙樣條,併利用金相顯微鏡測試齣各紙樣截麵的油墨滲透深度Hpm值;再測定齣W∞、W0、Wp和Wq值,併套用新型油墨滲透深度公式計算齣Hpc值。通過對比髮現,這些印樣的油墨滲透深度測量值Hpm與計算值Hpc基本接近,且其相對誤差約在±5%以內。

In order to study deeply ink penetration inside the paper, the ink penetration depth was simplified and modelled, and then an ink permeability formula on the basis of KubelkaMunk theory was buih up, which consisted of paper thickness and various brightness. In order to explore the practicality of the ink penetration depth formula, some offset papers and newsprints were firstly printed under certain printing conditions, and the ink penetration depths (Hpm measurement values) on the transversal section of these printed paper samples were tested with a metallurgical microscope. At the same time, some parameters as W∞, W0, Wp and Wq were tested respectively, so the Hpc calculation values were given via the ink penetration depth formula. The comparison research shows that the both Hpm values and Hpc values are nearly equal, whose relative errors are mostly within ±5%.
