为了解决高原地区平版印刷机的油墨清洗问题,研究了一种高原环境下平版印刷机用油墨清洗剂,解决了普通油墨清洗剂在高原条件下挥发速度快、清洗效果不好的问题,结果表明：自制油墨清洗剂不会使墨辊的胶层膨胀或收缩,对PS版无任何不良影响及伤害,可在高原地区气压低的客观环境条件下使用。

A method to make a kind of printing ink cleaning solution is studied in plateaus. At present, any applicable lithographic printing ink cleaning solution can wash the ink in plains, but not useful in plateaus which are under low pressures. Because most solutions contain volatile solvent such as ethanol or ether which will volatile faster in the case of lower air pressure in the plateau region, so they can＇t clean inks clearly under that condition. A kind of lithographic printing cleaning solution is made in this paper, which can solve the problem of volatilizing faster and being not clear. The solution has a good cleaning effect, which will not make ink rollers transformed, and has not any injury to PS plate. It will satisfy the condition under the climate of plateaus.
