为了准确得到前规的工作位移变化,提出了利用MATLAB对前规振动信号进行分析处理的方法。综合频域分析和趋势项消除方法,进行了工程实例中印刷机前规的频域参数处理。通过MATLAB编程处理数据,对前规运动的加速度信号进行变换,得到不同速度下前规运动位移的变化,进而判断前规是否能够稳定运行并较好地执行纸张的定位功能。结果表明：基于MATLAB的该数据处理方法能快速得到前规动作在不同速度下的变化,为改善印刷机工作平稳性和提高印刷机工作速度等问题提供了更具体的方法。

In order to get the displacement change of front lay accurately, this paper puts forward the analysis of vibration signals of front lay by using the MATLAB. Through synthesizing frequency-domain analysis and trend-term elimination method, the frequency-domain of front lay of printing machine can be processed on the engineering example. Using MATLAB data processing program can transform the ac- celeration signal of front lay motion, get its displacement changes, and judge that whether the front lay can operate steadily and execute paper position function well or not. The results show that the change of different speeds of the front lay can be obtained quickly by using the data processing method based on MATLAB programming. The study provides more specific methods to improve the stability of the printing work and the speed of the printing machine.
